At 12, epilepsy forced me to step away from all physical activity. But it didn’t define me—it pushed me to rebuild, one step at a time. Progress wasn’t instant; it was earned. One rep at a time, I came back stronger and better than before.

How was your experience with Oleh as
your personal trainer?
"My experience has been great. Oleh is patient, knowledgeable and
easy to work with. He helped me develop a program that allowed
me to strengthen from my injuries, rather than damage them
further. He set an appropriate pace for me, rather than loading
things up at the very beginning, which is what I would’ve done, and
I have been able to consistently attend every session. He has a great
knowledge base, and was able to explain his approach and why we
were focusing on certain exercises."

What are some non-scale victories you have achieved?
(changes in lifestyle, nutrition, energy, stamina, overall
confidence, happiness?)
"During my time with Oleh I was able to noticeably feel my knees get
stronger and the lessening of the pain from arthritis. I was able to return
to playing my court sports. I felt an increased happiness knowing my
knees got better. I also felt stronger in my body overall."

What else did you learn through this journey that you
would like to share with Oleh?
"I expanded upon my knowledge in regards to nutrition. I am more aware
of items to be careful with and what I can eat and not be as concerned
(within a reasonable amount).
I learned that the goal I reached and went beyond is not my limit. If I am
interested, I can push further and aim for a 10% body fat percentage as
supposed to my current ~14% body fat. Oleh’s guidance and results has
created an excitement and interest in reaching this goal to see how I
appear and what my fitness would be like at that point."
